It is easy to receive posted items through Med-Eq. Become a member so you can request the available items and stay current with email updates (if desired) when new items are posted. When you see something your organization needs, login and request the item. The Remedy staff will seek a best-fit distribution for the posted donation, based primarily on request order and location. If you are selected the item becomes yours and you will be provided with the donors contact information. The pickup or shipping of the item (in a timely fashion, as donor storage space is often at a premium) becomes your responsibility.
Med-Eq has 3 types of membership: Donors, recipients and super-recipients. Super-recipients* pay a very modest yearly fee (based on annual their not-for-profit budget), and have priority when requesting items. All three types of member may donate at any time. In the near future, recipients (Super or not) will also be able to earn priority by posting donations.
*We are not accepting applications for recipients and Super-recipients at this time. Check back in a month or so.
