To donate or receive items through Med-Eq membership is compulsory. Once membership has been approved any organization or individual entity can donate medical supplies or equipment through Med-Eq. Eligibility to receive available items requires not-for-profit status and your organizations IRS 501c3 designation letter on file with Med-Eq. Please supply complete contact information, a description of your organization or situation, and the type of work you are involved in via our Become a Member form. Then email, or fax (203.785.5241) us your 501C3 if you would like to become a receiving charity.
