Donate Medical Supplies
Donating your unused medical supplies or lightly used medical equipment through Med-Eq is fast and easy!
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU CAN NOT HOLD YOUR DONATION FOR 2 WEEKS
we are an all volunteer organization, and it may take us up to 2 weeks (usually less) to place your donation. Thank you for understanding!
How It Works
- If you are an individual who has unused medical supplies or lightly used equipment to donate...
You do not have to become a Med-Eq member to participate. Simply go to our Individuals and Families donation page and enter some basic information about yourself and your donation, including the city in which it is located and whether it can be mailed or must be picked-up. Beginning in May 2019 we also ask for your permission to give your donation to a deserving "for-profit" agency, such as a group home - we will only give to a "for-profit" agency if we have your permission and no "not-for-profit" group has requested your donation.

Please become a Med-Eq member by going to our Vendors & Facilities page. Here you will provide information about your group as well as details about your donation. You will also create a username and password, making it easy to make future donations to Med-Eq.
After Completing the Steps Above:
A Med-Eq staff member may contact you if more information about your donation is needed. Otherwise, your item(s) will be posted on our website, and our staff will choose one recipient among the interested parties.
The selected Med-Eq approved charity will contact you to arrange for transfer of your donation (direct pick-up or by mail). That charity is responsible for all costs that might be associated with the transfer of your donation. If you are seeking a tax deduction, the charity is also responsible for providing you with a receipt.
